Starting Over

Well this week was supposed to be my big start on PiYo! I’ve followed the workouts so far but my diet has be 50% at best. So it’s Wednesday and who starts a diet on Wednesday?? I DO! 3 day diet starts today:

Breakfast: Vanilla Shakeology with Match Green Tea and 1 tsp coconut oil

and Coffee with Creamer

Lunch is 2 pieces of wheat toast and 2 eggs with 1/3 avocado

Snack: Shakeology with PB2, banana and Cinnamon, and 1 tspn coconut oil

Dinner: 1 cup Quinoa, 3 pieces tilapia and 2 tablespoon hot peppers (I use peppers from Potbelly)

2 full Nalgene bottles- 64 ounces of WATER!

 

I’ll follow this diet through Friday and let you know then what my results are: Starting weight 142.6!

Results are in! Day 3 of my fast track diet. I followed the food and workouts pretty close even though I had to do a run (3.1 miles) yesterday to train for a race I’m in. And with the exception of my wine that I had all 3 nights, I still lost 4 pounds!! Thank you Shakeology, such a great meal replacement that tastes good and keeps me full! Mission accomplished!
