I get asked all the time “what is your diet? what should I eat? food is confusing and I don’t know how to eat. What are your basic food staples that you have on hand?” Yes all of that and more I get on a daily basis:) I don’t mind and I love answering that question! If you already haven’t taken the time to visit my website then I’ll tell you here and now: This is what I do every time I feel I need… a diet clean up and need too lose a few pounds:
Breakfast: 4-6 egg whites, wheat toast, 1/4 avocado and sometimes I put 2 slices of Canadian bacon on it.
Snack: Shakeology
Lunch: Tuna wrap with herb and garlic tuna, avocado, veggies such as tomatoes and shaved zucchini
Snack: Apple or some kind of fruit
(if I workout that day I will have another Shake with fruit)
Dinner: 8 ounces Tilapia with 1 cup Quinoa and Potbelly Peppers! (I get these jarred peppers at Potbelly sandwich shop in Chicago)
OR
6 ounces of chicken (either baked or rotisserie) with 2 cups veggies or any kind and a small sweet potatoe
That’s it folks, its pretty simple, I don’t starve and this diet has never led me wrong!! Try it out and tell me how it works for you!
