The pictures above are the start to finish of my Transformation. In November I was only 8 weeks Post Partum from having my first son. I took a before picture but was still unable to workout. I talked to my coach and she advised me to start right away with drinking Shakeology. I did! By January I was ready to workout and I was also down 6 lbs! Within 7 weeks I was down to a weight that I was pretty happy with, but even though I was working out, my diet still needed some cleaning up. Shakeology was a great meal replacement, but I knew that my diet needed some fine tuning. I decided to do the Ultimate Reset. I stopped doing T25 to do a 21 day, no workout, cleanse! I lost another 7 lbs. I wasn’t even trying to lose more weight, I just wanted to achieve better eating habits. My journey looks a little like this:
November 165 lbs- start Shakeology
January 159.6 lbs- Start T25
March 143 lbs- Start Ultimate Reset
March (21 days later) 137.6 lbs

This is my before and after for the Ultimate Reset! 143-137, I lost another 2 lbs the following week after ending the program.
